Rural transport, key element of the development

Siem Reap, Cambodia, 15-16 May 2002

In May 2002, the Kingdom of Cambodia hosted several conferences that addressed issues of rural roads.

Among these events, the PIARC International Seminar organised by Technical Committee C3 (Technological Exchanges and Development) and Technical Committee C20 (Appropriate Development) held on 15-16 May.
