PIARC, in collaboration with the Spanish National Committee (Asociación Técnica de Carreteras - ATC), is organising an international workshop on gender equality in the road sector. This technical day will take place this March 21, at the Colegio de Ingenieros de Caminos in Madrid, Spain.

This conference brings together international and Spanish experts to present strategies on gender inclusion and diversity in the road sector, both in public administrations, in the private sector and universities. The workshop will present specific Spanish and international case studies that meet the objectives of gender equality in the road sector, contributing to the creation of an inclusive culture that benefits all road workers and users, as well as society as a whole.
