Winter Road Intelligence Project (WRIP) is a collaboration between the Nordic countries (Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Iceland). It examines the current and future state of winter maintenance. It explores new technologies and data sources that could impact weather station planning and usage in winter maintenance management. The project also aims to share information and identify gaps in current weather data.
