  • Definition : Means of transport enabling movements at moderate speed, particularly in tempo 30 streets. Notes: 1. It may be motorized (electric minicar, electric scooter, green car), semi-motorized, i.e. with an auxiliary engine (electric bicycle, folding electric scooter) or non-motorized. 2. Semi-slow transport modes also include vehicles designed for a specific purpose (electric wheelchairs, caddy carts), for family use (multiple-seat bicycles, quadricycles, family rickshaws), for leisure (quads, recreational micro-vehicles) or for urban use (skateboards, roller blades, skates).
