Definition : Cementitious binder manufactured in a cement plant for exclusive use in roads.
1. It is generally obtained by jointly milling or mixing different materials such as cement clinker, vitrified blast furnace slag and/or fly ash, and a catalyst or an activator.
2. It has slow setting kinetics and a long workability period.
3. It is intended for treating soils in situ and for manufacturing graded aggregate (or granular material) and sand bound with cementitious binders as well as roller-compacted concrete for base and subbase layers.
