  • Definition : Process by which products may be shipped to a new location or customer in a quarantine status and held at that location until released. Note: positive release requires lot, pallet or shipment level control of the goods by the supplier’s quality assurance and shipping departments and the customer’s goods-in and stores departments [EN 14943].
