Two years ago, PIARC decided to make gender inclusion and diversity a corporate value. A Promotion of Gender Inclusion and Diversity Team (PGIDT) has been set up at Executive Committee level. This PGIDT has prepared a strategy that includes three priorities:

• Raise awareness of gender inclusion and diversity among PIARC members and the road transport community,
• Create a culture of inclusion within PIARC,
• Reflect the diversity of road transport users in PIARC's technical reports and products.
