Urbanization and the mobility challenges

The PIARC Council held its 2008 meeting in Marrakech at the invitation of Hicham N'Hammoucha, First Delegate of Morocco.
During the annual Council meeting, one half-day is devoted to a conference-discussion in order to allow the First Delegates to share views and experience on a topical issue.
