Under the theme "Providing a safe and sustainable winter road service", the XV International Congress of Winter Roads of PIARC will offer road professionals a unique platform for sharing knowledge about winter problems, with presentations of technological advances, state-of-the-art research and global best practice in the fields of winter service.
