EDITORIAL

Dear readers

The July-August 2017 issue of our Newsletter is a good opportunity for us to share with you two novelties of which we are quite proud.

First of all, the June edition of our magazine Routes / Roads has just been published, and it brings with it a lot of innovations:

- new revised layout for greater readability

- a new Spanish edition, which is one of the three working languages ??of the Association

- edition in three separate language versions (French, English, Spanish) for enhanced reading comfort

There are several ways to read it, including downloading the pdf file.

I hope that you will be pleased, and your comments will of course be very valuable to us. An online survey is open, with the support of our Canadian colleagues, and I invite you to use this tool to share your impressions with us.

Besides, most of the reports from the 2012-2015 work cycle of the World Road Association (PIARC) are now available. They went though a meticulous validation and quality control exercise that characterizes our Association. They are accessible through our Knowledge Base and the Virtual Library as well as from the integrated search engine. Moreover, we have just consolidated these reports on a single page of the website, so that you can appreciate the extent of the work carried out by the 1 000 technical experts who contributed to them. These technical reports are available free of charge, in accordance with the knowledge sharing and dissemination mission that guides the Association.

Let us encourage you to consult them and make them known around you!

Sincerely,
Patrick Malléjacq
