Este Seminario Internacional está organizado conjuntamente por el Comité Técnico de PIARC B.5 « Vialidad Invernal » y el Ministerio de Carreteras, Transporte, Construcción y Desarrollo Urbano de Mongolia.

  • Soluciones para rachas de nieve;
  • Vialidad Invernal en carreteras de grava (retirada de nieve, arena);
  • Granulometría (sal, arena) y arena caliente;
