The Crni Kal viaduct

The Črni Kal viaduct is one of the most advanced civil engineering project ever undertaken in the Republic of Slovenia. This article presents some of the technical and environmental challenges during the design and construction of the viaduct. Severe local weather conditions were also issues confronted and solved.
