Evaluating environmental managment

One of the issues being examined by PIARC's Sustainable Development and Road Transport Committee is the "concrete application of policies to road transport, such as those developed in the Kyoto protocol and the Rio de Janeiro conference, ". Developing environmental management is important so that road administrations can handle policy application in an appropriate manner.
