Analysis of Developments in the Infrastructure of Transportation Systems in the Metropolitan Area of Buenos Aires

In 2014, the author of this article and fellow engineer, Olga Vicente, jointly presented a report on the state of transportation system infrastructure in the metropolitan area of Buenos Aires, which was published in this magazine*. This report was based on data from 2013. It is interesting
to assess developments that have occurred in this area in the past five years, and in particular improvements achieved notably through the performance of public works and the adoption of new means and technologies designed to transport people safely and effectively.
