TF 1.1 Well-prepared Projects
A good preparation of infrastructure projects is of utmost importance to secure their proper financing, wide acceptance and seamless implementation.
The aims of Task Force 1.1 "Well-prepared Projects" are to review literature and existing project preparation software and analyze good practices of project management for improving and optimizing public and private investment, as well as to define strategies to accelerate project delivery and reduce project lifecycle costs. It will also facilitate to identify how well-prepared projects contribute to a culture of transparency and accountability. (extract from the Strategic Plan)

Technical Committee 1.1 "Well-prepared Projects" Chair
With over 40 years of expertise in the field of project management and a full professor for the past 13 years, Monique Aubry (Canada-Quebec) has joined the Association for the 2020-2023 cycle. Monique has been appointed Chair of the PIARC 1.1 Task Force "Well-prepared Projects".
Interviewed during the meetings to launch this cycle in February 2020 in Marne-la-Vallée (France), Monique explains the objectives of the study group 1.1 "Well-prepared projects".
