Ce séminaire était organisé par le Comité technique AIPCR C1.4 en coopération avec le Ministère et le Département des travaux publics de Malaisie, l'Autorité routière malaisienne, l'Institut des routes et du transport, la branche malaisienne de la REAAA et PLUS Expressway Berhad.

Plus de 450 personnes appartenant à toute l'industrie du transport ont participé à ce séminaire.
